The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. We need high qualified professional to join our team as :
OSP / SITE ENGINEER (Huawei)
Outside plant (OSP) engineers also often are called field engineers as they often spend much time in the field taking notes about the civil environment, aerial, above ground, and below ground. OSP engineers are responsible for taking plant (copper, fiber, etc.) from a wire center to a distribution point or destination point directly. If a distribution point design is used then a cross-connect box is placed in a strategic location to feed a determined distribution area.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. OSP/ site acquirement and implementation to achieve time schedule and quality requirement
2. Guide and monitor Sub-con OSP/site implementation; ATP（Acceptance Test Procedure）
3. Achieve the project target; satisfy the customer requirement for implementation
4. Send daily and weekly report in and feedback problem and risks which occur in time
5. Know how to do about OSP or site acquirement and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS :
Huawei experience is priority advantage.
Must be controlled,skillful,
At least one year experience in OSP;
Had better can speak in English;
Willing to travel frequently.
Can work overtime
