1. Good degree from reputable university or technical college
2. Good knowledge of web programming technologies (PHP, C#, Java, .Net, MySQL, Oracle, Linux, etc)
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good programming habits
4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


II. # Creative Web / Graphic Designer & Copywriter #
1. Must have passion in creative design.
2. Proficient in Adobe CS, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, HTML, CSS
3. Result oriented, self-motivated, and out of the box thinker
4. Strong time and project management skills
