Tanggung jawab/deskripsi pekerjaan:

Syarat:
- Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree in Finance
- Min 5-6 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Management Consulting.
- Exposure in various M&A deals and proven track record in executing M&A deals
- Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good presentation and negotiation skills is a must
